To return a faulty DECTsys product please telephone our call centre 0845 6804784 for return authorisation. Indicate the reason for your return, include the invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely. For return of DECTsys products we will arrange for a carrier to collect the goods from the address to which they were originally delivered. You will be notified as to the date and approximate time of collection.

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund delivery costs only if the return is a result of our error or the returned item is found to be faulty.

We do test every single return, if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our test centre we may, at our discretion, deduct any delivery charges from your refund amount.
